Devi doesn’t know when to stop taking risks. I wouldn’t be shocked if book 3 ends with her destroying the universe. I’m glad this is fiction because otherwise I’d be scared to have the one person with the power to save the universe, be someone who runs towards any fight she can find, even if it is against a whole tribe of aliens, and a whole armada of other aliens. Of course I still enjoyed it because all her recklessness means lots of fights, but as savior of the universe, well…the universe may be doomed.
