Book Review (Spoilers)
“Sprawling” barely scratches the surface when describing the fourth volume in the Harry Potter series. The length of the book is often cited as a negative in reviews but for readers who truly enjoy immersing themselves in a totally different world, the expansion of pages can only be a good thing. We see the continued development of Harry’s key relationships and get to know some of the side characters better, and we also see the darkening of the magical world Harry inhabits. The story continues to build upon the richness and complexity of book 3, and despite the sadness of the ending, readers will be more than satisfied by the adventures to be had here.
