Book Review
This second volume in the Outlander series is both joy and sorrow as readers get to see what happens next for Jamie and Claire, but soon find out that the answer is, “Nothing good.” As with Outlander before it, the book veers between slow-paced and nonstop action. Good writing prevents the plot from being too convoluted, but pay attention — this stuff WILL come up again later!
